📝 Submit a request for one or more of your employees

Welcome to this user guide which supports you in the procedure for consulting current training requests through our SaaS software.

Access the Dashboard

Once logged in, you will be taken to your dashboard. This is where you can access all of the software’s features.

Navigate to the Training Offers or New Request section

Access training offers

  • Filter the training offers according to your wishes using the filters, then click on the "Filter" button.

    To view a training course, click on the training title.

Submit a request

  • Click "Submit a request", then select "For my team".

  • Select your role from the drop-down menu if you have more than one, then click "Next".

  • Opening a training request form to complete. Click on "Select employees" and select the employees for whom you wish to submit requests, then validate the selection.

Note: You also have the option of entering names in the search bar and then selecting the desired collaborators. When you check a box, the number of selected employees will be updated at the bottom left. The chosen collaborators will remain selected, even if you modify your search.

  • Complete the form. After completing the form click on "Check my request", then click on "Send my request".


Submit a training request from the request table

You can create requests from the table by clicking on “Create requests” at the top left.

This button opens a pop-up window allowing you to choose between a catalog or custom training request. Depending on your choice, an appropriate form will open.
