Welcome to this user guide, which will help you navigate reviewing and approving ongoing training requests through our SaaS software. Follow the steps below to view and validate your employees' requests.

1. Review your collaborator's requests

Click on the section "Collaborators Requets"

Go to Team Requests

  • Filter the request table according to your wishes by clicking on "Column" and "Rows".

Do you have multiple roles?

If you have multiple roles, a filter drop-down menu will allow you to sort the request table by a specific role.

  • Click on "Request Code" to access a request

Request validation flow

  • Follow the progress of the request using the validation flows (Current Status and Expected Action). This validation flow is visible to all actors who play a role in this request.

"Details" tab

  • View the general information of the request in the "Details" tab.

Comment area

  • Discuss with everyone involved in this request (superiors, Cimes managers, etc.) using the discussion thread.

"History" tab

  • View the request history by clicking on the “History” tab.

"Documents" tab

  • All documents associated with the request are grouped and downloadable in the “Documents” tab

“Training details” box

  • Click on “See details” to be redirected to the training offer.

  • Click “View Details” to view session details.

  • Click "Cancel Registration" then select the reason for cancellation from the drop-down list, then fill in the comment box in "Cancellation Details".

2. Validate your collaborators requests

  • To validate the requests of your employees, 2 methods are available to you:

    a) Filter the “Expected action” column by selecting “Awaiting validation + your role”. Example: Waiting for training service validation.

    Select a request to validate.

b) By clicking on “Requests awaiting validation + your role” in your “Pending action”. You will be redirected to the "Team Requests" table pre-filtered in the "Expected Action" column (see previous image).

Select a request to validate.

  • Click on "Approve a request" or "Refuse a request " then fill in the reason of refusal.
