Welcome to this user guide which supports you in the procedure for consulting current training requests through our SaaS software. Follow the steps below to view your requests.

Connection

  • Open your web browser.

  • Go to the software URL.

  • Enter your credentials (username and password) to log in.

Access the Dashboard

  • Once logged in, you will be taken to your dashboard. This is where you can access all of the software’s features.Ouvrez votre navigateur web.

Navigate through Requests Section

Access your requests

  • Filter the request table according to your wishes by clicking on "Columns" and "Rows".

  • Click on “Reference Code” to access your request.

Request validation flow

  • Follow the progress of your request using the validation flows (Current Status and Expected Action). This validation flow is visible to all actors involved in this request.

“Details” tab

  • Consult the general information of your request in the "Details" tab.

Comment area

  • You can post comments or ask questions which will be visible in the "History" tab by all people involved in this request (superiors, managers, Cimes managers, etc.).

“History” tab

  • Consult the history of your request by clicking on the "History" tab.

“Documents” tab

  • All documents associated with the request are grouped and downloadable in the "Documents" tab.

“Training details” box

  • Click on “See details” to be redirected to the training offer.

  • Click "View Details" to view session information.

  • Click "Cancel Registration", select the reason for cancellation from the drop-down list, then fill out the comment box under "Cancellation Details".
