Welcome to this user guide which guides you through the procedure for consulting current training requests through our SaaS software.
Connection
Open your web browser.
Go to the software URL.
Enter your credentials (username and password) to log in.
Access the Dashboard
Once logged in, you will be taken to your dashboard. This is where you can access all of the software’s features.
Navigate to the Training Offers or New Request section
Issue a non-catalog request
To submit a non-catalogue training request:
Click on “Issue a non-catalog request”. Opening a training request form to complete. Add attachments if desired.
After completing the form click on "Check my request", then click on "Send my request".
Non-catalogue validation
Non-catalogue requests are special, so there are several levels of acceptance before the date proposal stage: acceptance of the programme costs and acceptance of the programme itself.
Submit a non-catalog request from the request table
You can create requests from the table by clicking on “Create requests” at the top left.
This button opens a pop-up allowing you to select “Out of catalog.”
