Welcome to e-gos Learning!

e-gos Learning is your tool to assist you in training requests and tracking your registrations. With e-gos, access your company's training catalog and use the advanced features to find the appropriate training.

Presentation

This article presents the general concepts of e-gos as well as the interface and functionalities available to you, as a collaborator or hierarchical superior.

Navigation bar

The navigation bar on the left allows you to access the different sections of your account as an employee:

  • Homepage

  • My Training Requests

  • Catalog

  • Contact

  • User Guides and Help

Simply click on a heading to access it.

Homepage

After logging in, you will be redirected to the homepage, where you will have direct access to the training catalog as well as your requests and registrations.

My Training Requests

This section groups together all your requests made via e-gos, whether they are canceled or not. The filters and column display make it easier to find your request.

Catalog

Here, you can consult the different training catalogs available. You can browse the catalog or use the search engine with filters to refine your results.

You also have the option of submitting an "Off-Catalog" training request if you don't find what you're looking for.

User Guides and Help

Access to our user guides and technical support is available by clicking on the icon in the bottom right of your e-gos software.

You can also contact our support team on weekdays from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. To send us a message, you must first consult our user guides. If you do not find the answer to your question, you must answer "no" to the question "Did you find the answer to your question?". It is only at this point that you will be able to get in touch with one of our agents.

Logout

A logout button is available at the bottom left of the navigation bar to log you out of e-gos.
