Welcome to this user guide which guides you through the procedure for deploying requests through our SaaS software. Follow the steps below to deploy requests.
Put the request To be deployed
Filter the request table by selecting "Accepted Request" or "Pending Request" in the "Current Status" column.
Select the request by checking the box to the left of it in the table. To select multiple requests, check the box at the top of the table.
After selecting the requests click on “Deploy”.
You will need to enter a comment which will be visible to the Manager in the "Go deploy" tab of the request.
The current Status of the request changes to "To be deployed", and the Expected Action becomes "Waiting for a proposed date".
All instructions regarding deploying the request will be given in the discussion thread on the "Go deploy" tab.
To find your request, filter the “Date go deployment” column by entering the date the request was deployed.
Put the request on Hold
Filter the request table by selecting "Request accepted" or "To be deployed" in the "Current status" column.
After selecting the requests, click "Deploy", then "Pending Request".
Select the reason from the drop-down list.
To find your request, filter the Current Status column by selecting “Pending Request” or enter the request reference.
The current Status of the request changes to "Request Pending" and the Expected Action changes to "Waiting for deployment".
To deploy a pending request, 2 solutions are available to you:
From the Requests table, filter the Current Status column to "Pending Request", then click "Deploy" and follow the same instructions as in the previous case.
2. From the request you will find the “Deploy” button.
