This guide describes how you can access your training file from e-gos which contains:
Your training history
Your training passport is to be downloaded in PDF
Access your training file
Click on your initials at the bottom right in the menu bar. Then in the menu that opens, select “My training file”.

Please find below the main accessible features available from the “My Training File” section:
Historical table of your training
Export your history to PDF
Export your history in Excel format
Show/Hide more columns
Download your Training Passport
To download your training passport in PDF format, click on the button at the top left "PDF Training Passport".
A message tells you that the download is in progress. once your passport is ready, it will be automatically offered for download (even if you browse elsewhere on e-gos)
Important:
Generating your training passport may take several minutes, depending on the size of your history. Please wait and stay connected to e-gos to receive the download. The average PDF generation time is around 30 to 40s.
