Welcome to this guide that helps you configure your e-gos account to log in with an email and password.
💡 By default, no password is set. Please create one during your first login using "Forgot password?".
Generate or change your password
To generate or reset your e-gos password, follow the steps below:
Open your web browser.
Go to the e-gos URL that was shared with you, adding "/login-back" to the path and replacing CLIENT-NAME in the URL below.
Click "Forgot your password?".
Step 1: Enter the characters on the screen
First, please enter the characters displayed on the screen.
If the characters are unreadable, click the rotating arrow to generate a new set.
The speaker icon allows you to listen to the characters to be entered.
Step 2: Enter your email address
Enter the email address you use to log in to e-gos, then click "Send Verification Code." You will receive a verification code in your inbox.
Step 3: Check your emails and enter the verification code
Log in to your email inbox, then enter the verification code received by email with the subject line "Code de vérification de l'adresse de messagerie du compte egos-ADB2C-production", and then click "Vérifier le code" and "Continuer".
⚠️ Attention. You have a few minutes before the code expires. If the code expires, click "Send new code".
Step 4: Enter your new password
Enter a password that meets the required criteria, then click "Continue".
💡 If you have already created an e-gov password, you cannot reuse it for security reasons. A message will inform you of this.
Step 5: Your first connection
Your e-gos password has now been created. Keep your login details and password safe, and do not share them.
